Shipping

Orders are delivered through the company ELTA courier throughout Greece within 1-3 working days.   We can also make use of any other courier company, if you so want, but in this case you will be fully charged for the shipping costs.

The shipping cost is €3.50 (flat rate). For purchases over €70 though, it is FREE OF CHARGE. 

*  For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of €3.50.

In each shipment you have the ability to monitor in real time the progress of your order, through the tracking system and the shipment number provided to you by the company ELTA courier.

Cyprus & Abroad:

Deliveries of products are made with DHL within 3-5 working days. Shipments abroad are charged with shipping costs depending on the country of destination.

* Delivery time may vary depending on availability or for reasons of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, road network problems, strikes, etc. 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order by calling +30 2671300956 or via e-mail at our email address info@romi.gr

If your order is at the courier company, by the time you cancel your order, then you will be rightfully charged with both the order’s shipping cost, as well as the shipping cost of your purchase back to our store.

If you have received your purchase and wish to return it for reasons that fall under your sole responsibility, then the shipping costs and return costs to the company are rightfully charged to you, as well as the transaction costs if the purchase has been made by credit card.
