Returns
You have the right to withdraw and return the product/products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the day that you received it/them, provided that it/they is/are in exactly the same condition in which it/they was/were received by you.
To return a product, please fill out the special return form and send the scanned (preferably) or photographed document to our email address info@romi.gr.
In the event that the reason for your return concerns an error of our store, we undertake to bear the cost of your sending and returning the product to us.
In case your return is not a mistake of our store, you will be charged the shipping and return costs of the product. This amount will be deducted from your return and therefore will not need to be paid to the shipping company.
We remind you that the product must be very well packaged to avoid any possible damage during transport, using the service of the company ELTA courier. In case you choose to use any other transport company of your own choice, you will be fully charged the cost of transport which you will pay to the transport company you choose, at the time of your sending the parcel.
It is pointed out that the responsibility for the loss, damage or destruction of the product lies with the customer until we receive the product back. Before each return it is required that you contact us either by calling us at +30 2671300956 or via e-mail to our email address info@romi.gr
Once we receive your parcel, we will check the condition of the product and proceed either with changing it and sending it back to you or refund of the monetary value of the returned product. We remind you that the method of refund is the same as the method of payment of your order.
For the successful completion of any return, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
a. The product you wish to return must be in an excellent condition with all its special markings.
• The clothes should have their original labels and should not have unwanted odors.
• The accessories must bear all the parts of the original packaging and must not have abrasions or signs of wear.
• The shoes should be in the box in which they were purchased and should not have abrasions or signs of wear.
b. The completed special return form, with all the required information, has to be inside the return parcel.
c. The proof of purchase (receipt) of the product has to be inside the return parcel.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
Replacements
We will replace the product that you returned to us, whether we have wrongly sent you a different product than the one you ordered, or your purchased product is defective or for any other reason(s) you have filled in the form, giving you the ability to change size and color.
For the best possible service, we suggest that the return be made within 24 hours from the date of you receiving the parcel.
In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the specific product, we will contact you offering you alternative options.
* It is not possible to replace any product with an offer of 50% or more.

NOTE:
* The responsibility for the return of products lies solely with the customer. That is why you must make sure that the product is very well packaged when it is to be returned.
* In case the customer does not receive the product he ordered and it is returned back to the store, the second shipment is made by arrangement. Payment of additional transfer costs is made only by deposit in a bank account.
